Tony Zzz Industrial Size Karaoke Fuel
1 liter of booze
2 cans frozen concentrated juice
5 pounds of ice
water
In a 2.5 gallon drink cooler, mix any flavor
booze with any flavor frozen juice
concentrate. Add the ice and top off with
water. Stir and enjoy.
Serves one.
This is a great idea for people like me who
don't want to keep mixing drinks all night.
We mix up a different flavor every
weekend. There are thousands of
combinations you can try. This is best for
outdoor parties.
Alternate method.
Keep the ice in a separate cooler.
Substitute 3 quarts of cold water for the 5
pounds of ice. Serve in a tall glass on the
rocks.
Karen's Cocktail
1 liter of Jack Daniel's Old No. 7
1 glass
Pour the whiskey into a small to medium
size glass. The glass will only hold a small
amount so it must be filled and emptied
repeatedly.

Pastitsio (Greek Macaroni)
1.5 LB HAMBURGER
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium yellow onion
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 lb melted butter
3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup grated parmesan separated
1 lb macaroni (tubini)
4 cups white sauce (bechamel)
brown the burger with onion in the oil. drain
off fat. add parsley, garlic, tomato sauce
and cinnamon. simmer for 30 minutes.
boil the macaroni until it is almost tender.
drain. let the noodles cool in a bowl of
water. drain the noodles when cool. add
the butter, eggs and half the parmesan.
stir. place half the macaroni mixture in a
greased 13 X 9 baking dish. cover with the
meat sauce. add remaining pasta. cover
with the white sauce. top with remaining
parmesan. bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
white sauce
4 cups milk
1/2 cup butter
8 tablespoons flour
pinch of cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste
in a medium sauce pan melt the butter. stir
in the flour. add the milk and continue
stirring until thick. add the salt pepper and
cinnamon.
R. D.'s Buffalo Piss
1 liter of 190 Proof Grain Alcohol
2 cans frozen concentrated Lemonade
5 pounds of ice
water
In a 2.5 gallon drink cooler, mix the alcohol
with the frozen concentrate. Add the ice
and top off with water. Stir and enjoy.
Note: I've tried this recipe. It tasted great to
me, but you must BEWARE of the
BUFFALO. He can sneak into your party.
You will not see him until he knocks you
down. Next time I mix this drink I will pad
the corners of furniture and remove any
nice things from the drinking area.
